TRADETRIBE
GET RICH OR DIE TRYING
Terms of Use
Effective: 10 September 2026
These terms govern your use of TradeTribe (the “App”), built and operated by Harry Khan, trading as TradeTribe, based in the United Kingdom (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the App you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. What TradeTribe is
TradeTribe is a software application that lets small groups of people (“tribes”) propose trades in US stocks and options, vote on them, and, if every member of the tribe approves, have an order placed in each member’s own brokerage account. TradeTribe is a technology provider. It is not a broker-dealer, an investment adviser, a bank or a custodian, and it does not hold your money or your securities.
2. Your brokerage account
Trading happens in a brokerage account that you open and hold in your own name with Alpaca Securities LLC (member FINRA/SIPC), which is the broker of record for that account. You connect that account to the App using Alpaca’s OAuth consent screen and can disconnect it at any time from your Profile page. Your relationship with Alpaca is governed by Alpaca’s own customer agreement, and Alpaca is responsible for identity verification, custody, execution, clearing, statements and confirmations. There is no pooled fund, no shared account and no movement of money or securities between members.
3. How orders are placed
An order is placed in your account only after (a) a trade has been proposed in your tribe, (b) you have voted to approve it, and (c) every other member of the tribe has also approved it. One “no” vote declines the trade; a missing vote holds it. When a trade executes, the App places a separate order in each member’s own account for that member’s share. Fill prices may differ slightly between members. Orders are subject to market conditions, to Alpaca’s acceptance and to the buying power in your own account.
4. No investment advice
Everything in the App, including market data, news, sentiment, options education, and any ideas surfaced by the in-app assistant, is general information provided for educational purposes only. It is not personalised investment, tax or legal advice, is not a recommendation to buy or sell any security, and does not take your personal circumstances into account. You alone decide how to vote. Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of the entire amount invested. Options involve additional risk and are not suitable for everyone; options approval is granted by Alpaca, not by us.
5. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into a contract, and eligible to open a brokerage account with Alpaca in your country of residence. You may use the App only for yourself and only in compliance with applicable law.
6. Your account and conduct
Keep your login details secure and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must not use the App to manipulate any market, to trade on material non-public information, to harass other members, or to interfere with the App’s operation. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
7. Fees
We do not charge commissions on trades. We may charge subscription fees for optional features and may show advertising in the App, in each case as disclosed at the point of purchase or display. Alpaca’s own fees, regulatory fees and taxes apply to your brokerage account and are described in Alpaca’s disclosures.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may change, suspend or withdraw features at any time. Market data may be delayed or inaccurate. We may update these terms; the effective date above will change and continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties, and we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the App or from any order placed through it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
